Dream State - translationI come around the corner to find them waiting for me. I stare for a moment before slowly backing away. I hear an exclamation. I flinch. I've been spotted. I run. I can hear them. They are chasing me. I run through the streets; through the city. I can still hear them. All I can see is grey. Grey buildings surround me as the streets channel me through the city and through the evening's fading light.
Suddenly I'm in a field. The grass is purple in the dim light. I hear a noise; a new noise. I look back. They are here too. One steps forward and lifts his head skyward. His form is that of a hound, large and slender. His fur is of a silvery grey,

EDIT: Ready for the second edition (long story, serious misprint). Fixed some size/positioning issues, and majorly upped the shininess factor :la:

This is the cover art for Cody Brown's novel The Clocksmith [a.k.a the complete novel of which ~Captain-Random's DD-awarded The Clocksmith Chapter One was the first chapter's draft]

The book is set to be released on the 1st of March and he is running a giveaway for a free copy on his website
So I am officially a cover artist, and now that my computer is up and running again it is time to start building up my portfolio :la:
